Pakistan Coalition Government: How Long to Break??

Yesterday’s ruling parties meeting has failed to resolve any problem of this country.How can you expect a resolution when the participants are not serious .The day after day meetings of two bigger party chiefs has thwarted the relations of both and brought to a situation of standstill.

The future of coalition is getting darker day by day and the new issues are arising and old issues are getting indifferent.The two main issues which need to be addressed in view of PML-N are

Pakistan politics: Game is over for General Musharraf or Coalition

Every game has a climax when decisive move is to be made, Its time in Pakistani political game. Either the General Resign or coalition will break, either the dictatorship continue ruling or the Democracy fight back.

Ironically, General Musharraf is different from other General in the history of Pakistan, he is tougher psychologically then any other dictatorship, and statement can be supported by quoting example of Ayub Khan who resigned after he saw the drama performed by his grand sons and daughters, but this General is takes no effect after listening to who nation what those children were shouting…

Though, his best companion and spokesman, is down due to paralysis but i think he might be thinking to hire new one. I suggest Dr. Sher afghan Niazi would be the best replacement of Gen. Jaavid Qureshi, but i doubt if he accept this position. Read more

It was friday and i was sitting infront of Tv and infact  whole nation was sitting infront of Tv to watch something good and historic ,when head of bench MRKhalil Ramday announced that decision will be announced after friday prayer whole nation said friday prayer ina hurry and come back again to their Tv sets.

The much awaited moments come when 13 member bench dismissed reference by historic 10-3 margin.There were jublations everywhere but the home very next to supreme court ,PM and Presient house ,infact they were mourning this decision.

But the joys of millions were scaterred to piieces when sinister acts by a military dictator ruined this country constitution and the law of land.That miliatry dictator has also now got the confidence of new government as well but people are agitating till the day of this military ictator departure.

Forth coming meeting of coalition parties

Coalition partiesare going to meet in a joint session in Islambad on 23rd of this month.The political pundits are expecting some bigger decisions in this session.

Pml-n should tell the PPP that this is the last meeting between two parties and if judges are not restored and Musharraf is not  impeached then Pml-n will not be part of any such coalition government.

PPP has been pushing Pml-n right from day 1 from the decision of participating in the general elections  to join the federal government as well but one thinks why Pml-n leaders are so wary of their stand  and cant force any one pont on PPP.It is said that weakest part of a chain is most powerful  which can break the chain whenever it wants.Pml-n should rise to the occasion  and force PPP to give up its stubborn stance of restoring judges through a legal ammendment.

South Asia pacific law association yesterday met with deposed chief justice Iftikhar ch and has expressed strong grievance over the condition of courts and law in the country .They also met law minister Farooq naik who stubbornly said that judges restoration would be brought through a constitutional package which is totally ridiculous and absurd.

Nawaz sharif should stand now on firm feet and does everything not to save his power but save this country and redeem it from the evils of Musharraf and Zardari.

Most Pakistanis believe that  something must be done to get rid of Musharraf and his failed policies over last 8 years .It is time of action and not inaction and to keep alive rather than sleep for all time to come.

Dr.shahid meets Musharraf in karachi .although it was a coincident but PTV chairman should keep away from such notorious persons like Musharraf who has taken Pakistan to the door of a storm and one can see it coming with full force as our political crisis deepens day by day .

The Establishment Division letter read: “Dr Shahid Masood, chairman PTV, who also has the additional charge of managing director, has agreed to receive the same remuneration package which was given to former MD PTV Yousuf Baig Mirza (annexure-III).” The contract of Dr Shahid Masood will be for a period of five years which could be terminated by either side on a six-month notice.
