Shahbaz sharif, Return of the king, Effects and Challenges
Shahbaz sharif is elected as MPA from Bhakkar as uncontested and he is going to take oath of CM Punjab on 8th of june. Shahbaz Sharif is a man of courage and integrity, one can certainly hope that his tenure as CM will bring a greater change in this country. His previous tenure is still remembered by many for his active approach towards public matters and close interaction with people at grass root level.
But this time it is quite different from previous tenure, now there is a President who overthrow ed his government and his family out of the country and his newly appointed Governor Salman Taseer who is a drunker and never knows what his views are.
Shahbaz Sharif must work freely as possible without keeping any pressure from President or Governor.Shahbaz Sharif is an elected member and representative of people whereas,Governor and President are continuation of the Status Quo. He should utilize all his experience and capabilities to solve such crises of wheat and inflation because he is the man that can cater to all this situation.
Shahbaz Sharif must not toe the line of establishment which has become a strong force in the days of Choudhries. He should first of all purge the establishment from all such elements which are against the public interest and work for their vested interests. Because no progress is possible without their ouster from the system, they perform symbiotic function.
Shahbaz sharif owes great expectations from the people of his province who have voted for him in outrageous majority. It is up to Shahbaz how he handle this declining situation and gives public a hope of bright future. If he completes his tenure of 5 years we can certainly be able to see a deep rooted change in this province.
Shahbaz Sharif must start working towards this goal right from first day in the office and work undauntedly without any pressure from any side. People of his province awaiting a revolution for the well being and they have also chosen their man as well
